How will you show off your project?
There is just one week left to enter your submission to the Google Maps Platform Hackathon. Submissions are due July 31st at 5pm ET.
If you haven't started a submission yet, please do so now. Make sure all of your teammates are invited and have accepted their invitations!
Submission checklist:
- Did you build and publish a project with Google Maps Platform over the last 20 years? Does it leverage at least one Google Maps Platform API or SDK and was or currently is a fully published working software?
- Did you provide a URL to your fully published project for review? If the project is no longer available, provide a wireframe or working walkthrough of the project for judges and reviewers to experience.
- Did you pick a category and explain why your project fits into it?
- Did you record and upload a demo video showing off your project? Your video should be around 2 minutes and show the project and how it leverages the Google Maps Platform.
- Did you write a description of your project that includes the project’s inspiration, history, use of Google Maps Platform, and any learnings or key differentiators?
- Did you join the Google Maps Innovators program? Apply here.
Be sure to read through the main requirements and rules more than once. Or better yet, have a friend or colleague provide a second pair of eyes to make sure you didn’t miss anything.
Still need more inspiration? Check out the inspiration and categories to see some examples of the things you can build with Google Maps Platform.
Good luck!
