Where are the testing instructions? How do I give judges the special code to access my submission?

Hello! Our project requires a special code to be entered before being able to use it. The rules mention being able to pass along passwords or codes through testing instructions - I don't see such a thing in the submission. How do we pass along this code to the judges? This is absolutely necessary since we cannot afford to have the product be used just by anyone (expensive API calls). I'm ofc not going to be able to get too much into detail since it would give away our project idea.
