Clarification about age requernemnts.

Could you please confirm whether a team that includes one or more under 18 years old participants alongside adults would still be eligible to enter?

    Thank you for reaching out! I really appreciate your interest in the hackathon but it is required for all participants of a project on Devpost for the Google Maps Platform Awards to be above the legal age of majority (in their country of residence). This requirement is because we are unable to award prizes to individuals who are not ‘legal adults’ as they are not able to complete the required documentation to legally accept the terms to win.

    If you are still interested in building something for the hackathon, you are free to participate and submit a project to be shown in the Project Gallery at the end of the hackathon, but unfortunately, your project would not be eligible for prizes.

    I think a workaround is to specify your parent as the participate in case of winning a award
